1. 2. Information we collect: Contact and inquiry details you provide: name, phone, email, message content, preferred appointment times, and interests (e.g. chiropractic care, Contour Light). Lead-form and SMS consent records: whether you opted in to texts, timestamp, form/source, and phone number. Website technical data: IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, referring URL, and similar analytics (if we use cookies or analytics tools). Communications: emails, calls, and texts you exchange with us.

3. How we use information: We use this information to respond to inquiries, schedule appointments, send information you requested, improve our website and marketing, comply with law, and (only if you opted in) send marketing and follow-up text messages about our services, offers, and booking.

4. Text messaging (SMS/MMS): If you provide your mobile number and agree (for example by checking an SMS consent box on a lead form), you may receive marketing and follow-up texts from Forge Chiropractic about services, offers, and booking. 5. How we share information: We may share information with: Service providers who support our website, advertising, scheduling, phone/SMS, or IT (under contracts that limit their use of your data). Professional advisors, or when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights and safety. A successor in connection with a merger, sale, or transfer of assets, subject to applicable privacy obligations. We do not sell personal information as “sale” is commonly understood for marketing lists. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data for third-party marketing.

8. Data retention: We keep lead and consent records as long as needed for the purposes above, legal compliance, and dispute resolution, then delete or de-identify them when no longer needed.

9. Security: We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

10. Children’s privacy: Our marketing site and lead forms are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 online. Contact us if you believe we have, and we will delete it.
